Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 12-24 Hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on sundays or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Receive your cherished purchases free of any additional charges. Be our customer and enjoy the perks of FREE shipping. (D2C)

Express delivery is only available in limited pin codes, we are working to expand the list of serviceable pin codes for express delivery and will be updating the same regularly. Delivery delays can occasionally occur and you can reach out to info@krishyam.com or call us to +91 9749045615 to enquire about the status of your order. Please give 48 hrs during normal BWD

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
www.krishyam.com (Krishyam) currently ships to addresses of the Indian Sub-Continent.
Please note that currently, we do NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses and any orders with these addresses may be cancelled at any time due to non-serviceability.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Damages
We do our best to ensure that all packages are well packaged with the required protective layers based on the products purchased to ensure the items are delivered to you intact and without any damage. However in the rare case that there are still any damages of the same, please do get in touch with us with images of the product and original packaging as delivered to you. Kindly note that you would be required to file a claim with the shipping partner for transit damages, meanwhile we will do our best to resolve your issue in any way necessary to ensure your experience on the delivery does not taint your experience of our products or services.
