Our Return & Exchange Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order in case you are not happy with your purchase.

Returns
At Krishyam, we make it our mission to ensure a great experience using our products or services. If at any point within 7 Days of Receiving your Order, if you have had a change in heart and no longer wish to keep the item, you can return the same for a Refund or Store Credit which can be used to purchase any other product in our catalog without restriction.
However, do note that after 7 days have gone by since receipt of your purchased item(s), unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless confirmed by Krishyam.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Where the item(s) show obvious signs of use
- Boxes that have been opened and the original packaging have been damaged due to handling.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item which is requested for return more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 (Fourteen) Working Days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or reflected in your account. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@krishyam.com and we will look into it immediately and help you sort out the issue at the earliest possible.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. All warranties and quality guarantees offered on those products will still continue to apply and we would be happy to assist you with any concerns regarding your purchase.

Exchange Policy:
Krishyam understands that sometimes the product received may not meet your expectations, and you may want to exchange it for a different product. Under this policy:
  • You can exchange the product(s) received with a different product(s) within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • The product(s) should be in the original condition with tags intact and should not be damaged or used.
  • The customer will bear the shipping charges for exchanging the product(s).
  • If the price of the new product(s) selected for exchange is higher than the price of the returned product(s), the customer will have to pay the difference in price.
  • If the price of the new product(s) selected for exchange is lower than the price of the returned product(s), Krishyam will initiate a refund of the difference in price.
  • Please share the exchange waybill details and an image of the receipt of the courier partner(s) for our confirmation.
